Returns & Refunds

We want you to have a clear and straightforward shopping experience. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.

1. Return Period

Eligible customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers can exercise that right within the applicable legal period. This does not affect any additional consumer rights provided by law.

2. Return Conditions

Please handle products with reasonable care while deciding whether to keep them. We recommend returning items with their original accessories and packaging whenever possible.

Any deduction for diminished value will only be made where permitted by applicable law.

3. How to Request a Return

Contact our customer support team and include:

Your order number
The email address used for your purchase
The item you wish to return
A short description of your request

We will provide the relevant return instructions and return address.

4. Refund Processing

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds are processed within the time required by law. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence of having returned them, where legally permitted.

Refunds are normally issued using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and, where available, photographs of the issue.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return and the applicable consumer protection laws. Any customer-paid return costs must be disclosed before purchase where required.

Need help with a return? Contact our support team before sending an item back.
